Please note that the current libraries released with 2.5 SDK version are in beta and can contain some bugs or features which will not be available in the RTM version. On the other side this is the best time to report bugs you find or discuss the features.
Where are the libraries/System.Ext namespace?
You need to select Custom option when installing the .NET Micro Framework SDK and check them explicitly to install.
