The .NET Micro Framework assemblies do not contain XML documentation, which makes learning of new technology quite more difficult. Fortunately, Visual Studio supports linking the XML documentation externally. By rewriting the existing MSDN documentation to the XML format, you can get full Intellisense support in the Visual Studio:
Non-trivially documented assemblies include:
Keep in mind that MSDN is quite confusing in some places and not completed yet. This version of documentation includes the previous files where applicable and no new version was available (except that the not documented yet entries were removed). XML files are in English only.
The only thing you have to do is to download these XML files (123 kB, ZIP) and copy/extract them to the .NET Micro Framework assemblies directory, i.e. most likely to \Program Files\Microsoft .NET Micro Framework\v4.0\Assemblies.
If you still have to deal with versions 2.0 or 2.5, the original, handwritten files might help you:

The transcription was done during November and December 2007 and corrections (or new versions) are not included. XML files are in English.
To install this feature, download requested file or all together (27 kB, ZIP) and copy these XML files to the assemblies directory, i.e. most likely to \Program Files\Microsoft .NET Micro Framework\v2.0.3036\Assemblies.
