.NET Micro Framework v4.4 Release To Web (RTW)

This is the first full release from GitHub, including many contributions from the community - Thanks to all who have contributed!

Major highlights for this release:

• stabilized networking support
• improved debugging stability and performance
• Modern CPU reference implementation
• UWP "inspired" classes for greater compatibility with desktop (As close as we can get within constraints of the NETMF runtime)
• Bug fixes

NOTE:
With this release we are no longer supporting the VS Express SKUs. Maintaining the special package Load-Key and related support to submit that to the gallery is just a lot of work.With the free availability of the Community Edition supporting the express SKUs isn't really needed anymore. In addition, we are only including support for Visual Studio 2015 at this time. If you have a need for earlier VS release let us know by submitting feedback in the issues section of github
